Lagoon Deployment Wizard

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

The Lagoon Deployment Wizard dialog provides a step-by-step approach to deploying a Dolphin image as an executable file. The application deployment process involves stripping redundant classes and methods from an image before saving this out in the Microsoft Windows executable file format. There are a number of options available for the image stripping process and the wizard takes you through the configuration of these in a straightforward manner.

The normal way to start the Deployment Wizard is from the Package Browser. As you progress through the wizard's steps you will be configuring an ImageStripper object whose job it is to perform the deployment process. If you are performing package based deployment then this image stripper will be saved along with the package and may be reused each time you choose to deploy any executable from this package.
